Le Diagnostic g\u00e9n\u00e9tique de pr\u00e9implantation (PGD)\u202f<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h1>\n

Le PGT peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9tecter une maladie familiale h\u00e9r\u00e9ditaire connue. Cette technique permet de tester tous les embryons obtenus lors d’une tentative de FIV et de ne restituer que les embryons chromosomiquement normaux. Le PGT garantit ainsi que l’enfant n’h\u00e9ritera pas de la maladie g\u00e9n\u00e9tique en question. Elle peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e chez les personnes qui connaissent des \u00e9checs d’implantation r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s ou des fausses couches.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Le nombre d’ovocytes pr\u00e9sentant des anomalies chromosomiques augmente fortement avec l’\u00e2ge. Une femme de 30 ans a d\u00e9j\u00e0 40 % d’ovocytes anormaux ; apr\u00e8s 40 ans, ce chiffre atteint 80 %. Ces ovocytes anormaux peuvent donner naissance \u00e0 un embryon d’apparence normale, mais ne permettent jamais de poursuivre la grossesse et de donner naissance \u00e0 un enfant sain et vivant. Gr\u00e2ce au PGT, des embryons chromosomiquement normaux peuvent \u00eatre retransf\u00e9r\u00e9s, ce qui augmente le taux de grossesse par transfert d’embryon. Ainsi, l’\u00e2ge de la patiente devient moins important car les ovocytes anormaux ne sont plus transf\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n
